Making The World A Better Place

The British School of Excellence is proud to support three charities that work tirelessly to make the world a better place for everyone.

Pushchild Foundation, Uganda

Proudly supported by The British School of Excellence

Dr Philip Sykes serves as Patron and has championed the Foundation for more than four years, helping it deepen its impact across local communities. Pushchild is a community-led initiative that keeps vulnerable children in school by covering fees and uniforms, providing daily meals and essential care, and offering simple, practical activities that build confidence and skills. Working closely with schools, families and committed local volunteers, the team directs support exactly where it is needed, creating a safe, nurturing path for children to learn and thrive.
