Courses from this coach
Sonya Moledina is a distinguished Etiquette and Emotional Intelligence Coach, specialising in the development of social and emotional skills for children and teenagers. She is also a trained facilitator, guiding students through school interview preparation and second-stage assessment for entry into top UK independent schools at the 7+, 11+, and 13+ levels.
In addition to working with students, Sonya provides parenting workshops, covering essential topics such as positive parenting, sibling rivalry, and anger management.
With a background as a Project Manager across private, public, and charitable sectors, Sonya has witnessed firsthand the profound impact of social and emotional intelligence on career success and personal development. As a mother of two, she developed a deep interest in early childhood self-development, recognising how self-worth, motivation, emotional regulation, and social skills are foundational from an early age.
This passion led her to establish Etiquette & Emotions, offering both online and in-person workshops for children and teenagers in North-West London. These workshops focus on key areas such as confidence, communication, personal branding, and emotional intelligence.
Sonya strongly believes that developing social and emotional intelligence during childhood is just as crucial as academic achievement, yet these essential life skills are often overlooked in traditional education. Investing in a child's emotional and social intelligence fosters stronger friendships, positive family relationships, self-motivation, and long-term career success.
One of her signature programs, "Confidence, Conversations & Charisma", teaches students how to manage themselves and their interactions with others. Core lessons include “Do not let your mood dictate your manners” and cultivating a “What can I do for you?” attitude.
If your aspiration is for your child/teen to be socially confident, articulate, and emotionally intelligent, invest in their personal development today—because grades open doors, but emotional intelligence defines success.
