Country Partner – Pakistan
Shandana Sheikh is the Country Partner for The British School of Excellence Lahore in Pakistan. She is also the co-chairperson of Avicenna Medical and Dental College and Avicenna Hospital, a health care, family-run business in Lahore.
She holds a doctorate from Cardiff University, UK, specialising in marketing and strategy, specifically focusing on entrepreneurship. Before receiving her PhD, she pursued a master’s degree in marketing and strategy from the University of Warwick, Coventry, UK, from 2011-2012. After completing her master’s degree, she held the position of Lecturer in Marketing at her Alma Mater, Lahore School of Economics, from 2012-2014. As a co-chairperson at Avicenna, she is an administrator for the organisation. In addition, she is involved in developing the marketing strategy for the institution in line with its mission and vision.
