You will learn the following while attending the 5-day live programme

Live participation with delegates; networking opportunities: break-out rooms, activities: daily course materials; bonus materials; guest speakers and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Module 1

Social Etiquette

Origins and evolution of etiquette, principles and importance of etiquette, fundamentals of meeting and greeting, effective introductions and small talk, conversational skills and topics, handling uncomfortable situations and how to create a positive first impression.

Module 2

Business Etiquette

Building relationships and credibility, soft skills for employee morale, networking with the 3 C’s approach, handling business scenarios, business cards as a strategic tool, international culture and local protocol, business and cross-cultural sensitivities, digital communication etiquette and the professional interview process.

Module 3

Fine Dining

Fine dining etiquette and table manners, western-style place settings, proper use of cutlery and glasses, conduct at the table, eating different foods, dos and don’ts of fine dining, protocol and hierarchy, different types of menus, Afternoon Tea etiquette and hosting skills.

Module 4

Trainer Skills

Public speaking skills, analysing your audience, message preparation, presentation style, training structure, learning objectives, delivery and planning, mindset and focus, lesson plans and feedback and how to start a coaching business.

Module 5

Children’s and Youth Etiquette

Programme options for children and teens, benefits of early etiquette learning, age-appropriate activities, role-play, crafts, games, engaging and managing students.

Module 6

Presentation Skills and Image

Nonverbal communication and body language, deportment, poise, and posture, projecting a positive image, dress codes and occasions, clothing, accessories, and grooming for a good first impression.

Module 7

Emotional Intelligence

We will cover the essential understanding of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, social skills, emotional recognition in others and adaptability.

Module 8

DISC Personality and Behavioural Assessment and Mini Workshop

Embrace a transformative journey of self-discovery through the utilisation of the DISC model. Uncover your distinctive blend of four behavioural styles, gaining profound insights into effectively understanding and adapting to the styles of others. The outcome is an elevation of communication skills, facilitating effective interactions and fostering mutually beneficial relationships across various domains, including team dynamics, sales, leadership, and personal relationships, which will help you to become an intuitive coach.

Module 9

Marketing and Business Basics – how to start your coaching practice successfully

Gain a foundational understanding of essential elements for launching a thriving coaching practice. The discussion will cover key topics such as identifying target markets, crafting compelling marketing strategies, and leveraging effective communication techniques. Participants will learn practical insights on building a strong online presence, establishing a unique brand identity, and navigating the initial stages of client engagement. With a focus on blending marketing principles with fundamental business strategies, this talk aims to equip aspiring coaches with the knowledge and tools necessary to embark on a successful and sustainable coaching journey.

Considering that it was a zoom course, it was excellent. Philip was very accommodating, attentive and to the point. He is a born coach/teacher! His mannerisms is just mesmerizing. It was a pure pleasure to be taught by him. I thoroughly enjoyed the week, sadly it went by too quickly. I will definitely recommend the course and the teacher.
